Impulser

The Impulser has been developed in 1977 in co-operation with electronic engineers as accessory for the control of our "Pneumatic Knocker", because cheap apparatus with a long time range were not deliverable on the german market. The Impulser has been improved several times with regards to the state of engineering and is now fabricated in C-MOS-technique.
General Description
The operating time ( 0,5 to 60 s) and the break time (0,5 to 300 s) are adjustable with rotary potentiometers. In order to facilitate the setting of short times, the first half of the scale has been extended very much so that the effect of a range selection from 1 to 9 can be obtained by simple means.
By means of the inside DIP-FIX-switches each time can be changed seperately with a ratio of 1:32, 1:8, 1:1 and 8:1 (Operating time 480s, 60s, 7,5s, 1,9s, break time 2400s, 300s, 37s, 9s). Switching the relay on it could alternatively start with the operating time or the break time. The second relay (Type TG2-BC) could step in the same or in the opposite sense to the first relay.
The Impulser is deliverable as built-on implement type TG-BC (fitting for bearing rail 35 DIN EN 50022), as instrument for panel mounting type TGE-BC (72x48 mm, DIN 43700) and as instrument for projecting mounting with a toggel switch type TGES-BC (continuance - off - impulse) for 230V, 50 Hz and with the additional name -UC for 12 to 42 V synchronous or alternating voltage.
The output relay with one changer each are lead to self-removing clamping plates for 2 x 2,5mm˛. The covering of the clamping is conform to VBG4 and VDE 0106 part 100.
Special Designs
The Impulser can also be delivered with other voltages and other operating time ranges.
Operating Instructions
The apparatus is only to be used in conformity with the purpose given by the manufacturer, after having paid special attention to the instructions and in accordance with the technical data given therein. Installation, maintenance, preoperational and operational as well as post-operational handling of the equipment and the accessories shall only be carried out by trained and qualified personnel in compliance with the legal prescriptions and safety regulations.
